인생4초(이하 “앱”)는 사용자의 사생활을 중요하게 생각합니다. 앱은 사진과 영상 촬영, 감상, 꾸미기, 저장 및 공유 기능을 제공하며, 개발자가 사용자의 사진·영상·위치 좌표 등 개인 데이터를 별도 서버에 수집하거나 저장하지 않도록 설계되었습니다.
1. 개발자가 수집하는 개인정보
개발자는 앱을 통해 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 회원가입이나 계정 생성이 필요하지 않습니다.
- 광고 SDK 또는 사용자 행동 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
- 촬영한 사진과 영상은 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
- 앱에서 생성한 꾸미기 정보 및 앨범 정보도 앱 기능 제공을 위해 기기 내에 저장됩니다.
2. 카메라 및 마이크
사진과 4초 영상을 촬영하기 위해 카메라와 마이크 권한을 사용할 수 있습니다. 촬영된 콘텐츠는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 사용되며 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
3. 사진 보관함
사용자가 완성된 사진 또는 영상을 사진 앱에 저장하는 경우 iOS의 사진 보관함 권한을 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱은 사용자가 요청한 저장 작업을 수행하기 위한 목적으로만 해당 권한을 사용합니다.
4. 위치 정보
사용자가 직접 위치 사용을 허용한 경우에만 촬영 순간에 장소 이름(예: “양재동 · 서울”)을 표시하기 위해 대략적인 위치 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다. 위치 좌표 자체는 개발자가 수집·저장·공유하지 않습니다. 위치 권한을 허용하지 않아도 앱의 주요 촬영 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
5. 앱 내 구입
인생4초 PLUS 평생 이용권 결제는 Apple의 App Store 및 StoreKit을 통해 처리됩니다. 개발자는 사용자의 결제 카드 정보 또는 Apple 계정의 결제 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 구매 여부 확인은 Apple이 제공하는 구매 권한 정보를 통해 처리됩니다.
6. 제3자 제공 및 광고
개발자는 사용자의 개인정보를 광고 목적으로 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 앱에는 맞춤형 광고를 위한 추적 기능이 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
7. 어린이의 개인정보
앱은 어린이를 포함한 가족의 순간을 촬영하는 용도로 사용할 수 있으나 개발자는 어린이의 개인정보를 별도로 수집하지 않습니다. 사용자는 다른 사람, 특히 어린이를 촬영하고 공유할 때 필요한 동의와 권리를 확인해야 합니다.
8. 데이터 삭제
앱이 생성한 사진·영상·앨범 데이터는 사용자의 기기에서 관리됩니다. 앱 내 삭제 기능 또는 iOS의 앱 삭제 기능을 통해 해당 데이터를 제거할 수 있습니다. 사진 앱에 별도로 저장한 사본은 사용자가 사진 앱에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
9. 처리방침의 변경
앱 기능 또는 법적 요구사항이 변경되는 경우 본 개인정보 처리방침이 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항이 있는 경우 이 페이지의 최종 업데이트 날짜를 수정합니다.

Life 4 Seconds (“the App”) respects your privacy. The App is designed so that the developer does not collect or store your photos, videos, precise location coordinates, or other personal data on its own servers.
1. Data We Collect
The developer does not collect personal data through the App.
- No account or registration is required.
- No advertising SDK or behavioral analytics SDK is used.
- Photos and videos created with the App remain on your device.
- Album and customization data used by the App is stored locally on your device.
2. Camera and Microphone
The App may request access to your camera and microphone to capture photos and 4-second videos. This content is used to provide the App’s features and is not uploaded to the developer’s servers.
3. Photo Library
When you choose to save a finished photo or video, the App may request access to your iOS Photo Library. This permission is used only to complete the save action you request.
4. Location
If you explicitly allow location access, the App may use approximate location information to display a place name such as “Yangjae-dong · Seoul” for a captured moment. The developer does not collect, store, or share your location coordinates. The core capture features remain available without location permission.
5. In-App Purchases
The Life 4 Seconds PLUS lifetime purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not directly collect or store your payment card details or Apple account payment information. Purchase entitlement is verified using information provided by Apple.
6. Third Parties and Advertising
The developer does not sell personal data or provide personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. The App does not include cross-app tracking for personalized advertising.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App may be used to capture family moments, including children, but the developer does not knowingly collect children’s personal data. Users are responsible for obtaining any consent required when recording or sharing images of other people, especially children.
8. Deleting Data
Photos, videos, album data, and related App data are managed on your device. You can remove them using the App’s delete features or by deleting the App. Copies saved to the iOS Photos app must be deleted separately from Photos.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when App features or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date on this page will be revised when material changes are made.
