This policy applies to Swing Workshop, an iOS app offered by CLUBMAKERS for golf swing video analysis, recommendations, analysis history and optional professional tools.

2. Information processed

Depending on the features you use, the app may process selected swing videos, motion-related features needed for analysis, analysis results, club and shot notes, settings and history. Optional professional or sharing features may also process client details or report content that you provide.

3. Purposes

Information is used as needed to analyze videos, display and compare results, fulfill sharing requests, provide selected PRO or fitting integrations, troubleshoot errors and respond to support requests.

4. Permissions and storage

The app may request iOS photo access to read selected videos or save exported content. Management of local analysis records and exported files depends on the app and iOS settings. Any cloud transmission or retention must be verified for the specific feature used.

5. External services and payments

The app may use Apple's App Store payment services and sharing destinations that you select. PRO transactions follow Apple's payment process. Before sending a report to a connected fitting service, review the destination and information being shared.

6. Retention and deletion

Use the app and iOS features to manage locally stored information. To inquire about information held by the service or request deletion, contact us below. Some records may be retained when required by law.
